Thousands of Massachusetts residents have responded to previous broadband surveys, or contacted their elected representatives or the MBI, to tell us about the lack of adequate broadband at their location. This citizen-provided data about broadband availability helps MBI ensure the accuracy of our coverage map and focus and target our investments. To make it easier for citizens to share their data with MBI directly, and for all to see what Massachusetts residents statewide are reporting about their broadband, MBI and MassGIS have developed this interactive mapping tool.
