Judy Dumont, MBI Director

Judy Dumont joined the Massachusetts Broadband Institute with more than 20 years of high tech software experience. She has held numerous positions at all levels ranging from client support to account management, and from product management to business and strategic planning.

Prior to the MBI, she most recently served as President of the Decisioning Solutions business for Lightbridge, a software provider of credit decision solutions, where she helped grow the company from $0 to over $175 million in revenue.

Judy has a B.S. in Business from Fitchburg State College and a Masters in Management Information Systems from Boston University. She has served on the Board of Advisors for Fulfillment Plus, an Internet e-commerce fulfillment company and the Board of Directors for Club Passim, a nonprofit folk music cultural center. She has been a member of The Boston Club since 2001. In that time, she has worked on various web and technology projects and served on the Strategic Planning Committee. In 2007 – 2008, she served as Vice Chair of SPC and chaired the Committee Action Plan subcommittee.
